Get online support
Hello
I'm currently using a TP-Link VX420-G2v that was provided for a different account that had no VOIP but this account has VOIP and it's not working. It is an NBN FTTN connection.
In the phone status it says 'Telephone Status: Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number.'
Is it possible to get this working?

May we inquire about the status of the TPG-provided modem/router for the VoIP-bundled account? Is it broken, or do you simply wish to modify it?
The VoIP service will not function since you are using a device that is not registered to the account.
We'll see what we can do for you and whether it's possible to use hardware from another account with yours.
