VOIP not working on replacement TPG Modem TP-Link VX420-G2H

I received my replacement modem from TPG today.

The internet is working well, however the VOIP is not working.

Please ensure the VOIP is enabled for the phone service that I am paying for with TPG.

We'd like to check if the account is updated with the information of the replacement modem/router.
