VOIP not working yet with new modem

New modem arrived yesterday. Everything plugged in and internet working fine but VOIP not yet. I assume you have to do this something at your end (set up or register) but just wanted to make sure that was the case and hoping to get a rough idea of when it is likely to happen.

Please send your phone number and/or customer ID via private message and let's check VoIP settings of your phone service.
