Home phone disconnected

Hi, my home phone hasn't been able to call out or receive calls for quite a while (since our nbn upgrade actually!). Wasn't an issue before as we mostly just got by with our mobiles, but was thinking it'd be nice to have the home phone activated again as a backup, since the former has started playing up a little.
