Phone not working, hopes it will be fixed, and I receive a credit.

I am unable to make or receive calls on my VoIP number.

Do I get a credit for when it's not working?

Is the service meant to be fit for the purpose?

If I can't ring Triple 0 in an emergency due to the phone not working, am I liable for any loss of life that ensues from that?

Whose responsibility it is to ensure that I have a working phone line to make emergency calls on?

Don't tell me to have a mobile, when we had our statewide power blackout some years back the mobile phone towers were dead within hours of each other.

I am just bloody pissed off that in twenty-twenty three that I can't have a reliable voice/landline any more, and I am expected to pay for something that keeps failing to work!

I run my phone, fax, and TTY on that line.

As long as I pay my bill.  That's all that's important. - Providing a functional service; Nope, not in important at all!
