Having problems with NBN Voice Phone occasionally not working.
At times no one can call us and gets 'dead line' or message that the line is not connected or too many callers. We have missed a lot of important calls for this reason. (Note: these have been times when the phone was not being used. If we repeatedly try calling, eventually the call gets through.
Other times we try ringing out, have dialtone, but get a message that due to number of calls, a connection can't be made (or something like that). If we repeatedly try calling, eventually the call gets through.
Other times there is no dial-tine (rare).
I am a quadriplegic and rely upon the landline rather than my mobile, so most people call on the landline.
We checked your account and we're not detecting any network issues that will affect the ability to use the homephone.

Was working fine again this morning, when your technician called, without us doing anything, so must be at your end.
Technician asked us to try ringing one of our mobiles, then he'd check back. Our Phone line worked fine, rang mobile, so we hung up. Technician didn't ring back, as he said he would, which we were disappointed with.
Yesterday we had dial tone, dialed numbers repeatedly, but then no ringing tone or messages, no matter how long we waited. Voice just seems to be so unreliable, even though NBN receiving fine.
