Get online support

Voice/phone line and contract for nbn have all disappeared when I looked at account

I was checking my account online.. I saw not only had my nbn bundle changed from what I'd originally signed up for.. But there was a home phone line now also... As I explored the account, suddenly the phone lines disappeared (08)97021482 was the number and my contract suddenly disappeared too!! Also, there was a server which denighed me access to Ftp file manager.. What is going on!!
