Voip not working

Hi,

 

I received my replacement modem on Saturday and it is functioning correctly except the Voip.

The modem's (TpLine Vr1600v) "phone 1" indicator is no on even though the phone is connected to the "phone 1" port. Do I need to set it up in the modem?

Not ggod learning that you're having issues with the homephone. Based on the account I've pulled up using your Community details, the issue has now been escalated to our Engineering Team. Kindly allow them to further assess the issue. An update should be provided within the next 24-48hrs either via phone call or SMS.
