Voip servive not working

Hi  My voip service is no longer working after requesting number change. I have FTTN and internet on but voip light flashes green and phone says conected to modem and gives engaged type continuous beep. The modem has had a factory reset. I believe the new number has not been correctly registered in telecom system.

Hi Basil

Yes tech did fix last Friday. Did get message after 7pm when I was no longer available but returned message a little latter. All good Thanks.
