Call centre staff have a pretty thankless job and normally only ever get complained about so I want to give my thanks and a lot of praise to Cindy in the TPG Support Centre who persevered with my Home phone problem today and actually fixed it herself. As an ex telstra tech I was impressed with her trying everything she knew and not just putting it in the too hard basket and passing it on to to someone else.
