Get online support

cannot receive calls. can make calls

had our nbn installation completed yesterday. internet works and can make calls. still cannot receive calls. please help

Hi @annakaratzas1 , if you opted to port your existing home phone number to TPG, please be advised that the porting process normally takes 1-5 working days to be completed from the date the service was activated.

 

Please send us a private message with your TPG customer  ID, username and complete address so we can take a look at your account.
