My chat bundle xxl permits free phone calls to Germany, however after 1 minute the call disconects, is this normal? it means I am dialing the same number over and over again. can any one advise please,
The phone call duration is too short which is not normal. Our Tech team is already aware about your concern and they will be in contact today around 9PM NSW (8PM QLD) to look into it further.
