hi, our phone line is crackling and very faint when we make or receive a call. The internet connention keeps dropping off and on .

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

In your case, our Engineers have lodged the case with Telstra as there's a fault within the copper network. They've booked a Telstra technician visit that will check your service.

Further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer as soon as it becomes available.
