home phone does not work, wifi works, with dial tune

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thanks for your kind reply. I tried to shoot a PM following your advice but  could not click and open the "send private message" box. 

The wifi works and the phone dial tune is there, and I plugged into slot 1 for phones but still nothing happens. 

Hope you could help me solving the problem.
