how to edit phone number in Modem tp-link archer vr1600v  (NBN)

when i go to there, the phone number has been locked. pls advise how to edit phone number online. thanks

Hi @JenWong 

Are you using a TPG provided modem/router to a different service provider?

If yes, then the phone is preconfigured as we are using a special firmware for the TPG provided hardware.

This means that it can't be edited.
