my home phone stopped working before Xmas, but my wifi is working. Would you Please be able to help?

Thanks for your help. However, there is still no phone connection. My WIFI is ok.

We've reset your your NBN Connection remotely.

 

Also, what UNI-V port you are using as of the moment? Are you using the phone port 1 or phone port 2?
