office landline suddenly not working.

My TPG Digital Voice number  (re: TPG NBN Service) is suddenly not working.  It has a dial tone but cannot make outgoing call and cannot receive incoming call.  I use this phone number in my home office so it is very important for my business.  I checked NBN outages in my area and did not find any outages so why is my landline not working?  I need this phone service desperately, would appreciate if you could help resolve the issue ASAP.

It shows that it is active, however, it is currently not registered with the NBN service.
