My TPG Digital Voice number (re: TPG NBN Service) is suddenly not working. It has a dial tone but cannot make outgoing call and cannot receive incoming call. I use this phone number in my home office so it is very important for my business. I checked NBN outages in my area and did not find any outages so why is my landline not working? I need this phone service desperately, would appreciate if you could help resolve the issue ASAP.
