I have a Yealink VOIP phone. How can I connected to my NBN account?

Hi @Patrick,

 

The NBN VoIP phone setting is already embedded with your TPG supplied modem, if you would like to use your own handset, then you need to connect it normally (like a standard phone/handset) to your modem. Make sure to connect it to the designated phone port at the back of the modem.

 

If your VoIP handset needs to be configured, then it can't be used with the bundled NBN VoIP.
