phone will not dial out?

have been trying for days the phone will just not dial out.

I dont know if it makes any difference but you never charged me for the phone on the last paymement date.

could you please check it out.

If you are able to receive calls, but unable to call out, then you may check if you have enough prepaid balance to use the service.

Here's an article that will guide you on how to add a prepaid balance.

If you have enough prepaid balance and still not able to use the service, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on this further.
