poor service

Why is it that I get told an engineer will contact me within 24 to 48 hours . 48 ours come and go and then be put on hold for 30 minutes trying to get through to a person to then get told it would only be a 2 hour wait, then I get an email saying it would be the next day. I then get a phone call while I am at work and nowhere near my computer . lettuing them know I would be home around 3:30 pm, only to be waiting still for someone to get back to me

A replacement has been requested along with a Post pack in order for you to return the faulty device for free.
