Hi, I had nbn installed over a week ago but the porting of my home phone is yet to happen - unable to receive incoming calls. I checked the NBN Digital Voice Tools in my account and the number is correct.
Telstra can not currently port phone numbers to any internet service provider, due to problems caused by the Coronai virus situation.
But if you want a new phone number, TPG may be able to help
