Hi! I am just wondering why you didn't allow to port my mobile number into another mobile service. I have given the other provider with my name, my date of birth which have also been confimed by you but you refuse to port my number and responded to them that my date birth and prepaid/postpaid were wrong.
It has happened twice already since 11/7/2020. I have been calling you and the other provider and it seems this is not going anywhere.
