porting mobile number to other provider

Hi! I am just wondering why you didn't allow to port my mobile  number into another mobile service.  I have given the other provider with my name, my date of birth which have also been confimed by you but you refuse to port my number and responded to them that my date birth and prepaid/postpaid were wrong.

 

  • The date of birth you provided does not match the one on file for the account you are departing from.
     
  • (If you are departing from a postpaid account) the account number you provided does not match the one on file for the account you are departing from.

 

 It has happened twice already since 11/7/2020.  I have been calling you and the other provider and it seems this is not going anywhere.
