5G Home Broadband flashing

Hi, the signal lights of my 5G modem are flashing green and won’t stop, I’ve tried resetting it and when I go to check the connectivity it says that my modem is disconnected from the internet, however my phone and laptop still connect to the wifi but there is no internet provided.

When you advised that you've reset the modem/router, did you press the reset button inside the pinhole?

 

If yes, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
