5Ghz Wifi wont connect on TP-Link - Says denied on all devices

I've attempted everthing.

Seems from all other posts it may be a dodgy modem, and nothing I can do to fix it?

Any ideas?

Hi @amymark8478,

This issue can be fixed by a soft-reboot of the modem/router and, if it is still the same, performing a factory reset.
