ADSL Light OFF

Hi, my ADSL light if off on my modem. The modem has been playing up lately so I did a reset. Then I re-entered all the configurations. It was working for a little while, but now the only lights that are on, are the power light, WLAN light and the ethernet cable light. 
A technician was suppose to contact me yesterday but nobody did. Is there someone I can talk to about this ASAP? Thankyou,

My records shows that your case has been lodge to our carrier (tesltra), for fixing the line on the street, unfortunately I cannot provide you an appoitnment date, we will advice you when this fault is cleared.

In the meantime please leave your modem connected and powered.
