We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you were able to reach our Tech team via phone call.
They've guided you on how to disable the AP isolation via Wireless settings, but it seems that the chromecast is still unable to communicate with your iPhone. You were advised to contact the manufacturer of your device to check on this further.
