ASUS AX82U no longer working after FTTP upgrade

We've been using an ASUS AX82U for about a year and a half without issue on a fttn connection. Got changed over to FTTP yesterday and it won't work. Old modem works but the ASUS won't. Tried a factory reset and started from scratch but no luck. Anyone got any suggestions?

Hi @TheNashSea . You must have an Asus DSL AX82U to have been FTTN.

Have a read through this thread.

FTTP and HFC use the same settings.

Note my comment about WAN type; WAN type is WAN (for FTTP; ethernet to NBN box).

Your option is whether to enable VLAN ID or not. Check the setting in the old router since it works on FTTP.

BTW, email notification from Community is not working; you need to check back here from time to time.
