Access USB storage of ARCHER VR1600V from ipad

Hi,

I have a portable harddisk plug into the router ARCHER VR1600V.

I create a folder in the portable harddisk to be shared with a ipad user via Wifi.

1. May I know how to connect from ipad such that the folder can be accessed similar to icloud? Do I need to download any application to the ipad and how to configure?

2. Will it be alright if I move my icloud data to the folder?

3. Can be folder be accessed outside LAN, that is via internet? Do I need to set up dyndns to do that?
