Am upgrading router from AC1600 to AX20

Hi, Am upgrading router from AC1600 to AX20, it is however, i am getting internet not connected. 

I had tried to setup using PPPoE with my tpg username and password but it still unable to detect internet. 

if i unplug and plug back to AC1600, internet came back up. 

Anybody can help ?

Hi @chuankhor . Look at Advanced, Network, EWAN on VR1600. If VLAN ID is not ticked, means you are FTTP. If it is ticked, there will be a value 2. This has to be set into the AX20. Read this article; it is for AX6000 but the setting is similar to AX20.
