I have a home office setup with a good NBN connection via TPG. On reading this story this morning ...

I wonder how secure the supplied modem is. Any comments from those that know, from TPG and elsewhere, are appreciated.

Hi @Holleagh Welcome to the TPG community, I wouldn't be concerned about your Huawei modem, the security issues related to in that item occur at a much deeper layer than a consumer grade device has to deal with. The enterprise class equipment is where it's been a problem in the past.

Hi @Holleagh Welcome to the TPG community, I wouldn't be concerned about your Huawei modem, the security issues related to in that item occur at a much deeper layer than a consumer grade device has to deal with. The enterprise class equipment is where it's been a problem in the past.
