Archer C1200 v1.0 Firmware update

I was told to update my firmware when I called you guys since I have internet drop outs after I went from a 20mbps connection to 50mbps. Can you please assist me on how to do this?

My current modem details are as follows

Firmware version : 1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.59779 (EU)
Hardware version : Archer C1200 v1.0
