My Archer VR1600 Modem accidently got wet a number of months ago and its intermittently playing up and a couple of the ports no longer work - ie Phone Line Port - we havent had a home phone for months.
How do we go about replacing the Modem so I can get the latest unit and we can restore all of the functionality?
Hi @ DaleRach , we have checked the status of your connection and we cannot see any issue that may cause the issue. In fact, it shows stable and the home phone appears to be properly working.
