Is there any reason why I have to message TPG privately to have this upgraded? Can we not just upgrade with the file ourselves?

Hardware: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

The firmware update needs to be done directly by our Tech team to ensure the security of our customers' connection.
Also, we require the customer's TPG account details to confirm that we are updating the information on the correct account and equipment.
