Default is all OFF that's why I suggested it.

The checks for you:

DOS Protection, Service Filtering & Access control settings are all disabled. 

IPv4 SPI Firewall is enabled - not sure if that matters.

Hi @Vickont, It's possible the IPv4 firewall may be blocking Bosch's remote server, try switching it off for a test. If that fails I would still be trying a DMZ rule as already suggested.
