Archer Vr1600v 2.4 Ghz not showing up

Hi,

 

My Wifi 2.5 Ghz is not showing up,I tried restarting through the admin access and done the physical reset too, but problem still exist, In router admin page 2.5 Ghz wifi shown as yellow while 5Ghz is as blue-Image attached for reference.
