An upgrade or update of the firmware can only be done remotely as the TPG supplied modems are encrypted.

Hi Moderator Ahra, I have a problem with my router.  Could you update the firmware please?  What information should I provide?   Firmware: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n Hardware: Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000 Also, is it possible just to download the firmware file? Because I can't find any on the website.  Thank you.
