Can I use my Asus DSL-AC68U instead of the two devices TPG provided me? I mean phone cable to the back of the Asus, not via ethernet. I'm with FTTC.
I couldn't find any info about it.
Thanks
Hi @AndreaOZ . You have to use the white NBN box with 4 blue lights plugged into the telephone wall socket because it provides power to another device in the street. If you have extra telephone outlets, they must be left empty. The splitter used with ADSL is not needed. The other TPG-supplied box (Archer VR1600) is the wifi router that connects to the NBN box. If the Archer wifi does not cover the whole house, you could connect the Asus to the Archer using ethernet cable and use it as an extender.
