Bridging tp link archer to ubiquiti amplify

I have just purchased a ubiquiti amplifi and called tpg technical support to assist in connecting the device to their tp link modem but they couldn't get it to connect. Has anyone successfully connected the ubiquiti? Tried putting it into bridge mode but came with error message saying that VLAN 2 already exists.

Nothing to do on TP-Link router. Leave wifi turned on; Ubiquiti connects by wifi.
