I pay money to TPG every month, but I have never received an email from them - no bills, no updates, nothing.
I need to loggin to my account to change my credit card details and it does not recognise my phone number when I try to do a password reset.
I spoke to someone on the phone and they could not find my account using my name or address.
Pretty frustrating. Anyone else had this problem?

If you do not remember your TPG username or customer ID number, please check your private message with @Shane, one of our moderators.
You provided an account number, which may help you remember the other details or for you to reset / change your password.
