Hi @nickstevens . Are you on FTTB/FTTN?

Do factory reset on VR300.

This iiNet article has instructions for the VR900 which has same menu as VR300.  TPG also use vlan id 2 for fttb/fttn if on Bundled NBN/VOIP plan.

We have NBN FTTN Broadband SL Bundle Standard. I had tried a reboot, but will review the link you sent to iinet. What is vlan id 2?

@nickstevens . Vlan id 2 is a setting needed for Bundled NBN/VOIP plan even if your router doesn't have VOIP function, like VR300. If you have a Data Only plan, vlan id setting is not used.

Try it both ways.

@david64 you are a superstar, those extra few instructions in the iinet set made all the difference! Thanks so much! The entire family is very pleased!
