Connection issue

Having issues with the wifi through our modem, no devices can connect through wifi or ethernet. Restarting the modem temporarily fixes the issue but then all connections drop out again, currently I can't even connect via PC and ethernet to check the modem status...Do I need a new modem or is there something else I should do?

Does the LAN light come on when PC is connected? Have you also tried doing a factory reset on the modem? If yes and it's the same thing, you can send us a private message with your details so we can check your options for modem replacement.
