With our TPG home broadband it is very easy to setup since its plug-and-play. You do not need a PC to set up the modem since all the modem/router that we provide is pre-configured.

On the other hand, TPG NBN installation may require NBN Technician to complete the installation but it depends on the technology or the infrastructure available in the premises.

I have not connected any Internet before so am a complete virgin to everything. I am considering going on to a fixed wireless plan or a lower NBN plan. My questions are quite simple.
With the wireless plan I can get my head around that I just plug in the modem to the power and switch it on, is there any other physical connection I need to make? Do I need a PC to connect as I only have a smart phone and may soon get fetch box for tv but no PC.
With the NBN where do I plug in the modem? My unit only seems to have what looks like a TV antenna port but nothing else.
Lots to ask I know, if I had some one to speak with I would ask but I don't, sorry.
