Constant Dropouts

Hi, past 3 days internet keeps dropping out. Tried resetting router, factory resetting router. Still dropping out. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for raising this with us.

We checked the account and it shows that the connection has been stable for more than a day now.

Are you still experiencing issues with the service? We are not able to detect any fault within the network as well.
