D-LINK - AX1500 Router Connection Issue FTTP

Hi all,

I've been trying to get my D-LINK - AX1500 Router to connect to my TPG FTTP NBN. I've had confirmation that the router is suitable but I just can't get it working. I've been back and forth with D-Link customer support and the last message stated

"Make sure your username and password for PPPoE must be provided by TPG and it is an email format."

My TPG login isn't an email format though. Does anyone know the solution for this?

Cheers,

Tony

Hi Tony.  It is your username (not community name) with @TPG.com.au on the end.  The password is the one you use to login to Post Office or your account.

FTTP means vlan tagging is not used. No VLAN ID.

If this router is replacing a TPG supplied one, you can compare the settings.
