Get online support
I moved over to NBN a couple of weeks ago. It has been working. Today it stopped working on my PC although it is working on other devices. Technically, it says that it is connnected. But I can't use the internet. I ran diagnostics and it says "The DNS server isn't responding". I have tried restarting the modem and the PC with no luck. Please help ASAP!
What model wifi router is it?
When your PC is connected to ethernet, is the light lit on the ethernet port? Can you try the other ports.
Is your PC a desktop rather than laptop?
