DSL light flashing, internet light won’t turn on

Just got my modem replaced. However, the new modem will not connect to the internet. The modem has power although the DSL light just constantly flashes and the internet light won’t turn on

In your case, there was a fault within the NBN network which was resolved. Your service is now working using the replacement modem that was provided.
