Deco X73-DSL NOT work with TPG NBN FTTC Digital Voice?

Hi guys,

I bought a Deco X73-DSL (AX5400 VDSL Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router) for TPG NBN FTTC.

It works well with Internet.

But landline phone service not works...
it is NBN FTTC Digital Voice.

Any tips? Thanks in advance.

Hi @jinzhou025 

The phone service or VoIP service that is bundled to your NBN will not work with a 3rd party modem/router.

The VoIP settings are embedded in the firmware of our device, which can't be configured to a different one.
