Hi, I've just bought a eero pro 6 to replace an Orbi router I've had. I've followed the instructions from other posts by connecting eero to Orbi ( double Nat) so I can update the firmware and get access to pppoe option. In the eero app, I've put in the tpg user name and password. I then disconnected eero from Orbi and connected eero directly to ncb. The connection automatically goes back to dhcp and still can't connect to the internet. What am I doing wrong?
